About the house:

It is a modern building made of concrete and wall to wall glass windows. The house is comprised of a large and beautifully furnished living room - dining area - kitchen, two bedrooms, one and a half bathroom, and a covered outdoor living room (lanai).  The third bedroom (our room) will remain locked.           

It is situated fifty yards from the ocean on a cliff with an amazing 180 degrees view of the ocean and of one of the volcanoes. (see photos)

The house is surrounded by a beautiful seven acres property of flowers garden, fruit orchard, and the jungle.

About the location:

The house is in the tropical Southeast part of the Big Island.  It is located 20 minutes from the charming small town of Pahoa, and 40 minutes from the picturesque town of Hilo and Hilo airport.  

Price and stay:

The rental price is $400 per night, and the minimum length of stay is 7 nights.

Onsite Support:

Our friendly property manager lives 10 minutes away; he will help you to settle down and will address any help you need.    

Amenities and activities:

Although the house is off the grid with solar panels, and a well, it has WiFi.

Beds will be made and towels provided. The closet will have various supplies for beach trips or other activities. The kitchen will have cooking supplies and all you may need.

We will provide you later with more information on what to do around there, where to shop and dine, etc.

Rules:

The house rules are; no shoes, no pets, no smoke. No kids- with a case by case exception for older children.
